Washman Car Wash | Burnside

Let's talk value, Gresham car wash edition: $18 for what I can only describe as a 30-second drive-by water balloon fight. My car went in dirty and came out... politely dampened. The "dryer" attendant looked personally victimized by my arrival and dried approximately nothing, which felt less like a service and more like a vibe. Then came the vacuums a total mystery until I guessed my way in using the code on my receipt (no one tells you this, apparently it's a scavenger hunt). I got a glorious six minutes of suction before it died mid-sin. But here's your reward for reading this far: when the vacuum quits on you, walk back to the machine and punch in that same code again. It resets. You're welcome. I've unlocked ancient car wash wisdom and I'm handing it to you for free. So overall: $18 to get lightly misted, side-eyed, and left doing manual labor at a business that's supposed to do labor for me. Ironic, really. BUT. Cooper was working that night, and Cooper is the reason this review isn't just a rage post. I brought him my very reasonable, very-not-a-Karen feedback, and he responded like an actual professional polite, present, and genuinely sorry the experience missed the mark. Eve

This is a nice car wash with free vacuum. Manager was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my transaction didn't happen. Yes my car was washed Unfortunately my new sticker (had purchased different vehicle) was not activated so next was was a pain. Took a bit and a phone call to get all straightened out.

I had such a wonderful experience today at the Gresham Washman Car Wash. I truly want to thank Cooper, Pancho, and Beau for the incredible service they provided. Pancho and Beau did a phenomenal job detailing my car. They shampooed the carpets and seats and paid great attention to every detail. When they finished, my car honestly looked like new. I was so impressed with the quality of their work and the pride they clearly take in what they do. Cooper was also fantastic and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. The entire team was friendly, professional, hardworking, and clearly committed to providing great service. Thank you again to Cooper, Pancho, and Beau for going above and beyond. I’m truly grateful for the care you put into your work and I will absolutely be coming back!

The 8am Wed morning detailer is a hard worker, he is also kind & accommodating. The woman/gal/mgr in the sunglasses runs a tight ship. I cannot dis her - she is no nonsense & perhaps comes on a bit strong.

Came here to get my car detailed despite the poor reviews because it was the only place with availably. Now I know why. Paid $120 and waited 2 hours for there still to be dust, dirt, sand, and crumbs all up in everything. I had to take it back the next day to get it done again and still had to point out to the guy cleaning it all the places he missed including the space in between my seats, the cup holders, my plastic trunk cover. I still had to go back and vacuum under the seats. They also removed some melted crayon from the change holder and scratched it all up, if you couldn’t do it without scratching it just leave it. Wasted a ton of my time and money to still clean it myself once I got home. I added on the tire treatment and still dirty. I would not recommend this place just clean it yourself. 2 stars because they cleaned it again when I showed them all these pictures. $120 for this is crazy.
